Course Duration: 18 days
• After completion of this Course candidate can work in National/Foreign ships as a Steward Helper/ General Steward and to achieve the position of chief cook.
Qualification : (a)Passed 10th or 12th Standard Exam from a recognized board with minimum of 40% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in English language at 10th or 12th Standard . (b) A Degree or Diploma Certificate in Hospitology and Hotel Administrator , or Hotel Management and Catering Technology .
Age : 18 - 28 years of age at this time of course commencement of course
• Selected Canditates will undergo a stringent medical examination with a DGS Approved Doctor.
• Written / Medical Examination
